Initial Consultation and Setting Expectations

  • Selling your property is often a major life event, you want to make sure the professional you hire is a good fit for you, and I want to make sure that we are a good fit together. I want to know the story behind your property and what you love about it. Then we will review your property, discuss the cost benefit of any potential improvements, review expected price ranges, market conditions, and of course, set expectations.

Project Management and Bringing Your Property to Market

  • Once we are in agreement and have our listing strategy defined I bring and manage all the necessary talent to ensure your property makes that first striking impression. Whether it is a fresh coat of paint, bringing in my handymen team to fix all the honey-do items, or an interior decorator to stage your property. I will arrange it all and create a time-table that works with my client’s often busy schedule. In the meantime my team and I will pre-market your property through every private top-producer list and group to ensure that once we hit market we have already reached potential buyers.

We are Live!

  • While I am managing the preparations of your property my media and marketing team are busy crafting the story and dialogue of your home. They are cataloging the transformation and when we are ready for market they will capture the photos and create the video that will draw all potential buyers to your open house. I will also continue to drive traffic through digital ads, and all Realtor channels. I will greet and manage all potential buyers that express interest and cultivate an offer.

Negotiations and Closing

  • ​​​​​​​Ultimately it is your choice on which offer to accept, but it is always my goal to procure not just the top dollar, but also the easiest terms for my sellers. I will present and walk you through the pros and cons of every offer as well as give you my suggestions and/or advice when you need it. Once we accept an offer I will continue to project manage the transaction through the escrow process. Ensuring that the buyer’s agent is open and communicative through the process, timelines are met, and that there are no surprises. As soon as escrow closes I will deliver the keys to the buyer’s agent and we can move onto the next chapter of your real estate adventure.
